1. Please contact us to acertain the availability of a house or apartment and make a provisional booking, by e-mail, phone or Fax.
   
2. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY for Puerto Marina apartments at Mojacar.
   
3. Booking during High Season. (Unless by arrangement) Rental commences at 16.00hrs (local time) on day of arrival and finishes at 10.00hrs on day of departure.
   
   
4. Prices include : Linen,towels,water ,elec,air con/heating swimming pool etc
   

   
   
5. The use of Pools and other equipment are solely at visitors own risk. Parents should satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the different facilities and equipment for their children's use. No responsibility can be taken by the owners or agent for accidents or injuries, however caused.
   
   
6. We reserve the rights to change/modify the layout and facilities where we feel that this would enhance our apartments.
